The Mahi ‘ai Table team believes that farmers are a chef’s best friend. Drawing from years of culinary experience and relationships with local farmers, they’ve dreamed up a menu that sources the freshest, homegrown ingredients to serve up ono cuisine for your table.
Chief Food Officer and Corporate Chef Keoni Chang leads the food and beverage team and culinary programs for Foodland Super Market, Ltd. and the Sullivan Family of Companies. Since joining Foodland in 2004, he has raised the bar on the company’s offerings and now extends his reach to food venues across the islands.
